§ 5-1-2. Fixing of rate of assessment; annual applications waived.

(a)

The owners of legal residences in the county will not have to make written application annually or file the certificate annually.

(b)

The rate of assessment of legal residences for tax purposes shall be fixed by the tax assessor annually.
